I’d love to request the addition of an Abandoned Cart Notification Email feature to the Spiro booking platform.
Real estate agents are constantly on the move. They might begin booking a photo shoot for a listing, select services, enter the property address… then get pulled into a showing, phone call, or open house. The intention is there, but the booking gets forgotten or pushed aside and we lose out on that job without even knowing they were halfway there.
An abandoned cart email could automatically re-engage that agent with a friendly reminder:
"Still need to finish booking for 123 Main St? We’ve saved your selections—let’s wrap this up!"
Lost bookings = lost revenue: How many times have you heard, “Oh shoot, I meant to book with you the other day!” This simple automation could recover those otherwise missed opportunities.
Real estate agents are busy and distracted: They appreciate helpful nudges that respect their time. An abandoned cart email is like a digital assistant keeping their to-do list on track.
This would increase conversion rates and booking consistency: Just like in e-commerce, a second touchpoint significantly boosts follow-through.
