Allow clients to select multiple quantities of specific services. For instance virtual staging, our clients have to leave notes instead of just selecting 4 and having it charge them for it.

Land Only Listings
Make inputting the address optional for land only listings and allow us replace the "square footage" field with " Acreage". I live in a rural area and we do a lot of land only listings. A lot of these listings do not have a physical address yet. They do have tax map numbers that we use to look them up in our local GIS system. We currently use RelaHQ which allows our agents to enter whatever they want in the address field. I would need to have an order form where agents could enter the Tax Map ID and the acreage. The acreage could then be linked to a variable pricing structure.

Add an “on my way” button to the photographer portal
Instead of clients being notified by sms when you “check in” to the preceding job or “begin your day”, have an “on my way” button the photographer can push when they finish the previous job and are about to head to the next which would give the client a much more accurate arrival time. Notifying the next client of your arrival time before the previous job even starts (when you check in) is kind of pointless when there’s no real knowing of how long the the job will take and if it runs over time then the next client is upset because they are expecting you sooner. Sending that notification after the previous job is complete on the other hand would provide much more accurate info to the client. I don’t even usually check in the job anymore until after it’s completed just so I can manually provide a more accurate arrival time.

Add a "Check FAA Drone Restriction" workflow to scheduling page
A feature when clients ordering services that include Aerials, that they are informed at checkout that FAA verification must take place before scheduling, and a Check FAA on scheduling page when Aerial is part of an order with required input of something like: No Fly Zone - Waiver Req. Limited Flight - Max Height No Flight Restrictions Once verification is completed, the "Scheduled" SMS or email to client includes the (No flight restrictions OR if limited/restricted) the client has an opportunity to order alternate services.

Admin interface: add ORDER FORM
Add an admin interface so that a complete new order can be generated by a team admin on behalf of an agent. o They should not need to "login" or mimic the agents account as per the current workflow o The admin interface needs to be extremely streamlined, ideally all one scrollable page. o minimize need to expand sections o overrides should be possible in all places including calendar conflicts, pricing, being able to schedule events in the past etc. o This interface needs to be done with an eye for admin efficiency, and should not be a simple copy of the current editing page which has too many roll out sections.

Auto-generated email requesting feedback or testimonials.
I’d like to have a feedback request sent a few days after every completed job that requests feedback or a testimonial from clients. This is an important part of generating social proof for marketing efforts and one feature I miss from past systems I’ve used.

Allow Videos files to be Added to the Video Section
My clients always ask for the video files. So currently I have to upload to youtube, get think and put in in Spiro, then I have to use We Transfer to send them the video file.

Disable "Marketing Materials" tab.
Thanks Todd for an amazing platform. I'd like to be able to disable the "marketing materials" tab so it doesn't show on the delivery pages. It's great for some clients but I don't want to give all clients this option, especially my architect and builder clients. Being able to set this up as a billable add-on would be great 👍

Assign two (or more) photographers to the same job
Sometimes we have more than one person work on the same project. Usually at the same appointment but sometimes a different day or time. Each should be tracked and properly invoices to the agent/broker, but also tracked properly for payroll purposes.

the existing process is not user friendly. There is a download button then next screen should ask is want to save to device or other options. In most cases clients want to save to device so they can share to social.

Add the Scheduled Date of the Shoot to the Emails Sent out Confirming the Order
I get emails whenever someone schedules and it includes who and the address, but not the scheduled time. So I have to click in and go look. Be nice if it was in the subject line as well.

Weather Display on Client Order log-in page
Added 3-mo’s ago, tying get more attention to it: I would love to see a "Check The Weather First" 6-10 days, zip code or IP generated, displayed right on the Order log-in page (no redirect) vs adding to my site before directing to the log-in page. I would be open to pay a buck or two more per listing if it were an individual premium Spiro add-on.

I, as an admin, would love to get sms notifications in particular if someone books a shoot through my order page so I know immediately and can respond asap. Might be handy to be notified for a few other things as well.

Would love a place where I can load galleries of Community Amenities photos. Often times I get asked to shoot them and I tend to lose track of the ones I already have and end up reshooting them over and over again.
