Right now, when creating a listing there’s the option to create an invoice (YES/NO). If I select NO I can’t put in the amount for the agent to pay (it’s a ‘pay before download’ listing). I would want to select NO to the Invoice option but then still be able to fill in the amount the agent needs to pay before downloading when I send the listing link.
Because I want to keep using my external invoicing and invoice numbering since I also have invoices outside of real estate shoots, and also past invoices already sent to that agent from past shoots. Having the Spiro generated invoice attach to a listing and my own invoice that I will then have to email to the agent will also be confusing for agents.
The best way would be that we could simply upload and attach our own created invoice to a listing and listing links and emails and disable Spiro generating an invoice.
