Ability to Tag a Person and Notification Sent

Ability to tag a person in comments so they get a notification in SPIRO via text or within the system and/or notification received in Slack.

Idea is that sometimes an editor or assistant may need clarification on something that a photographer submitted in comments. There’s no easy way to keep that communication in the portal so that all communication is kept within each project.

Right now we use Slack to connect with each other when clarification is needed, but would be great to keep all the communication within SPIRO so that nothing is missed and can be tracked/document trail kept.
