Add attachments to custom questions for Lot Lines Reference

If someone selects any service that has to do with drone, we would love to ask them on the custom questions part of the order page, to provide a screenshot or PDF of the properties lot lines so that the photographer knows the exact boundaries of the land before taking any drone photos or video for more accurate capturing
