Add Client Credit And Coupon Discount Data to Full Order Report

Include Credits used transaction. There is currently no way to track when referral or other credit is used except for trying to track manually which impacts cash and profit tracking as well.

NOTE: Adding a few more columns to the Full Order Report (Credit Used, Discount Amount for Coupons, Coupon Used) would make that report a one stop shop for tracking all order metrics, to include cash received (after credit) and services given away (tracking totals before and after coupon discount). I am doing most of this manually and it is critical for tracking but very time consuming.
