Add Force Photographer Complete Sliders to the Onsite Tracking Rows

This way at the end of the day I can pull up this page and force them all complete quickly to initiate dropbox to make the upload folders while I am offloading photos and footage onto my computer. I shoot a lot where there is no service, so I usually do not go through the check in steps through the web app.
