Add Pricing options beyond Sq.Ft. - Feature Request - Pricing Structure -

4 Different client pricing structures that I use:
1. Kitchen designs - Always same price and sq.ft. is irrelevent
2. Estate agent that wants me to do floorplan and doesn’t know Sq.Ft. for now
3. Letting agent that has pricing per bedroom not per Sq.Ft
4. Holiday let Clients that don’t care about Sq.Ft. [Prices on total number of individual rooms in the house]

Problem:

• Expected Behaviour: I expected to be able to set up my services with different pricing models that match how my business operates, such as a fixed price for a specific job or a price per bedroom for a rental property.

• Actual Behaviour: Instead, the platform currently only allows pricing based on square footage. This limitation was apparent as soon as I tried to configure my services after signing up.

Impact:

This is currently blocking me from using Spiro for about 80% of my work. My business relies on a few key pricing structures that the platform doesn't support:

• Fixed Price: For jobs like kitchen designs.

• Per Bedroom: For letting agent clients.

• Per Room: For holiday let clients.

Because of this, I can't fully integrate Spiro into my workflow and have to manage the majority of my client projects outside of the system.

Easy Solution:

The desired outcome is that we can choose from several pricing models when we set up a service. A simple dropdown menu in the service setup would solve this perfectly.

For example, it could include:

• Price Per Sq.Ft. (existing)

• Fixed Price

• Price Per Unit (where we can define the unit, e.g., "Room" or "Bedroom")

• Quote Later (for projects with unknown details, but want to secure date)
  

Could you please have your team investigate the possibility of adding these more flexible pricing options? I genuinely believe this would make Spiro accessible to a much wider range of real estate service professionals.
