Add support bots to order pages

I think the support bot that you have on your own page inside admin works well. Is there any way for you to add a custom script field that will overlay on our own order pages, so we can add our own bot scripts in there. I have a similar script on one of my own websites that works really well. I think this would make it so much simpler for agents who are new to the ordering process to reach out with questions and to get responses without delay (thus speeding up the ordering process)
