Add tax options for cities, not just states

I am asking Spiro to add a feature or tell me how I can accomplish the following.

In my state (WV), we have state sales tax of 6%. Then, we have many municipalities that have an additional sales tax of 1%. I would assume this is the case for many locations across the country. My struggle is this - I cannot lawfully charge 7% to all of my clients because some of them only owe 6% sales tax. If I only charge 6% for all orders then I will either be losing money or need to go back and manually edit the invoices to update them with the correct tax rate. I do not have time to keep up with updating invoices.

Can Spiro please!! create a feature that allows me to charge sales tax based on a city address rather than just by state and country? It seems the functionality is already there and just needs updated to allow for city sales tax.
