Add the photographers name and contact info to the order confirmation email and appointment details page

In the order confirmation email it would be great if we could allow that to send the photographers name and contact information. If this ins't agreeable at least add it to the appointment details page found within that email. When an agent books a shoot I have no way of knowing who it's for unless I log into my account and then go to orders.
