Add "Vacant but Staged" to Vacancy Options When Booking

Currently, clients can only choose “Occupied” or “Vacant” when booking. It would be helpful to allow them the option of “Vacant but Staged”. Vacant homes are faster than occupied homes because of the homeowners and potentially having to shift items. Vacant but staged are faster than occupied homes but still a bit slower than truly vacant homes due to the furniture. It would be nice to know if a vacant home is staged prior to arrival. Better yet, give us the option to add whatever we want here like you do in other fields.
