Add Video Thumbnail Download/upload Option

It would be nice to have a thumbnail option to add for the video uploads, as well as a download thumbnail option.

I find many agents just downloading the video, especially the ones that do not understand how social media works, and they are just uploading the video with the automatic thumbnail and trying to collaborate with us.

We are a company that likes to recognize our clients, and we love collaborating with them, but it is starting to mess up our feed and the brand that we work so hard to push on social media.

This would allow us to upload the videos with the thumbnails, so when the agent posts and collaborates, we are happy to collaborate, plus giving them the option to also download the thumbnail, just in case it does not automatically populate on the video upload.

If this is not an option, how can we go around this? I spoke to my delivery team, and they were asking about what if we uploaded it into the photos or files tab, if there is a way to turn off that photo for the public website or turn off that file for the public website.
