Allow Access to Photos without Delivery OR a Way to Demote a Task

Add an option to allow access to media without the project being “delivered”. Or at least a good way to track when media still needs to be delivered (maybe an option to demote a task and be able to track tasks easily?).

Right now, if I demote from delivered clients loose access to photos and single property website. So if a client needs re-edits (i.e. something removed from a photo or a video fixed), there isn’t an easy way to track it. Another reason for this is that sometimes we have to wait on video or 3D tour, so we go ahead and at least deliver photos. But when we do that, then the property shows as delivered and we miss that it still needs to be delivered from an admin side because it doesn’t show in the “To Complete”

Before the update, we were able to demote from delivered and track it because clients wouldn't loose access to the media.
