Allow Pop Up/Upsell To Be A Unique Service

Currently there is no way to have a pop up service without it already being in the additional services section of the ordering process. It would be nice to offer say 4 virtual twilights on the additional services section and then have a pop up offering 2 virtual twilights if they didn’t select the 4.

Or maybe have a pop up for an upgrade such as they picked standard video and have a pop up offering them the option to upgrade to a premium video.
