Allow skipping or postponing of jobs in the photographer's portal.

Here is the situation.

Today, I had 4 jobs. Job 1 went as scheduled. However, job 2 wasn't ready so I went to job 3. Then I circled back to job 2.

However, I couldn't check in to job 3 until I marked job 2 as complete, even though I hadn't actually done the job.

Since there is not a Spiro App and it the website is absolutely NOT optimized for mobile, going in and rescheduling the job on the road on the phone is less than ideal for photographers in the field.
