Appointment Reminder (Agent and Staff)

An option to send automated email (not sms) reminders to clients 24 to 48 hours before their scheduled appointments would be very helpful. Ideally, the reminder timing could be configurable (e.g. 24, 36, or 48 hours in advance).

A reminder system like this would improve reliability and planning for both agents and staff.
