Automatic Rescheduling

I’ve recently had several agents ask me to let them know if an earlier appointment slot becomes available. I think it would be awesome to have a system that lets an agent (or maybe just us as admins) mark an appointment as desiring an earlier slot, then if the system sees an earlier slot that qualifies, it will put a temporary hold on that slot and text the agent to see if they want to reschedule to that time.

There would need to be a priority system built in, either first-come-first-served or maybe a manual priority list so we can prioritize VIPs etc.
