Basement Pricing Separation ("Above Ground" vs "Below Ground"

Pricing Separation: (difference between Finished and Unfinished Sq. Ft.)

Duration separation already exists.

Looks like separation for Above vs. Below Size exists in Pricing, but you cannot set a separate price for each like you can Duration. Adding one or the other removes the other one.

Adding Basement Sq. Ft. counts as Total Sq. Ft. which increases price based on on Above Ground Sq. Ft. or Total pricing, in my case Bundle Pricing. Would like the ability to only charge set variable pricing based on Sq. Ft. in the basement, or “unfinished space”. Typically if clients want basement captured it is either finished, counting against Total Sq. Ft. which is fine but, in the case where they want it captured and it is not finished but, maybe has some rooms carved out for laundry, gym, crafts, etc. or just a large open but, segmented space, there is no way to charge for photography alone for example.
