Birthday Email Automation on CRM

Since we have the ability to add an agents birthday, anniversary, etc. to the CRM, it would be great to automate some tasks associated with that information. We like to send a card or email for events in agents lives. For example, a clients birthday triggers a task to our admin to send a handwritten birthday card to the client. Or even better, a clients birthday triggers an automatic email to go out.
