Calculate the miles

I would like to see a version of the mileage calculation section where I can charge for extra miles depending on how far away the property is, and where I can decide at what mileage I start charging.
For example, I travel up to 55 miles without charging anything, but after that, I charge $0.75 per mile for the extra distance.

So, there should be an option for me to set the mileage limit before charges apply, and the same address-based system should calculate the mileage when the customer enters the property address into the booking system.
