Calendar invite straight out of google calendar

Right now the agents have the amazing opportunity to ad the appointment to their calendar via the iCal file.

But, this doesn’t work that well to most of our client’s since they have to download and add it to their calendar and if the appointment is off it’s still in their calendar.

So it would be great to let the invite be send straight from the appointment in google calendar.
