Cancellation/Reschedule fees are great and we would love to use them but we have had to turn them off because when an agent gets charged the fee, it buries itself in the invoice. Once again, there is no line item on the invoice that specifies what that charge is forβ it just adds it to the Toal and it leaves agents (and us) scratching our heads as to why the invoice doesnβt add up the way it should. If it could add the fee name and the amount to the invoice so they see what they are being charge for, we would actually use this feature rather than add them manually so they can see it written out.
