You can’t delete a cancelled job that has already been paid for, which mean it shows up in reporting. First and foremost- Jobs should be able to be refunded through Spiro, additionally, if we have to refund/cancel a job, there should be a status that we can set so that it doesn’t get picked up in our reporting. How this was overlooked, and continues to be, is massively concerning and raises red flags as to the competence of the developers.
