Cancelling an Appointment

Cancelling clients is a bit of a pain. They only get the reschedule/cancel email if they do it themselves - We can only send a new confirmation email when rescheduling.

The biggest annoyance is cancelling an appointment.
You can only do this by going through the client (which you can’t do once you pass the 24hr mark) or by rescheduling the appointment as pending and then cancel it (so much extra work). And again, there is no emails or documentation of this.

If you could add an option to cancel under the admin reschedule options that would be AMAZING. And an option to send those same order change emails, not just confirmation ones (We like to keep track of who and how many times people change their appointments).
