Would be nice if you could just add a photographer and somehow mark them in training so that they have access to all the tasks, the trainee and trainer can see who they are paired with, and possibly allow both access to the same folder for upload.
Context given below:
As of right now when you have to create a second appointment and assign a person to that appointment. You can give them the same tasks, but then this doubles the tasks for editors and delivery and gets confusing for them.
If you don’t add the tasks, then the person in training doesn’t know exactly what is ordered and thus isn’t fully immersed in the training. You also have to remember to add the appointment length otherwise it shows up as a 0 minute time block.
If you have the trainee as the primary and have the trainer as the secondary and don’t add the tasks to the trainer, then the editors don’t get access to the right folder if the trainer uploads to their dropbox instead of the trainee’s.
