Click behavior should follow web standards

Stop launching new tabs with every click!

It's inefficient and does not confirm to web standards.

On normal websites, when you click on a link...

If it goes to the same URL> open in same tab

If it goes to a new URL > open in a new tab

The way Spiro currently operates almost all clicks open a new tab but it's not with any consistency.

Once this is fixed, if a user wants to open many tabs they can do it by ctrl-clicking on links and it will create a new tab with each click.

Shift-ctrl clicking a link will launch a new tab and make that new tab the focus, which is what Spiro currently forces on us for most links.

This behavior is highly inefficient as it launches a new tab and forces the user to go back to the original tab to launch a new one etc.
