Client Deposits With Order

As with other real estate media software I have used, it would be ideal to be able to charge a 50% deposit with a new booking. This would allow reschedule and cancelation fees to be charged against that depositi, without having the client pre-pay 100% of their order - which could turn some potential clients away.
