Custom Email Templates with Automated & Manual Sending

Right now, Spiro doesn’t let you create your own email templates inside the platform, which is a huge gap for managing client and team communication efficiently.

I want to be able to build and save custom email templates that can be sent manually or automatically triggered at specific points in the workflow, like after a client confirms an appointment, automatically sending a custom shoot prep email without relying on external email services.

It’d also be great to customize who gets each template. Agents, photographers, clients, whatever, and have the option to send it manually if needed.
