I recently had an issue where I verbally waived a reschedule fee to a client outside of the 24-hour window I allow. When the job was completed, the system automatically applied the reschedule fee to the invoice, but there was no indication on the invoice or any other way to account for the elevated pricing on the invoice. It would be great as an admin to have greater control to edit automated pricing without diving into the settings or applying a custom fee on individual invoices to account for these scenarios.
