Custom Service areas and Trip Fees for Photographers

I'd really like to see a way for photographers on my team to set their own service areas and associated trip fees. Since my team is spread out, it often doesn't make sense to charge one rate for a given area since it may be really close to one photographer, but a long drive away for another. This would allow an agent to easily choose the cheapest photographer for a given address, while also allowing them to choose their preferred photographer and see their trip fee pricing.

When an agent gets to the photographer selection part of the order form, it would display the trip fee associated with each photographer for the given address.
