Customizable Button/Tab

Having a button or tab that I can link to my own form.

For instance our team installs posts for Realtors, when they need a post picked up they assume going to the portal there will be a button to click to request a pickup. But they can’t so I get a text / email / call asking how to do it. I then have to direct them to my main site where the form is.

This button would also be helpful for people to ask for reviews, feedback, or anything that is related to our business.
