Drive time to blocked time slots

Currently the scheduler ignores the location of blocked time slots. It assumes that the blocked time begins at the home location.

This causes other appointments to be scheduled too close time wise.

Adjustment: check for location of blocked time slots and take into account when offering bookable times.

For instance, I have a shoot that is scheduled to take 1 ½ hours, it gets scheduled at 1pm. I already had a time blocked appointment at 3pm but that appointment is 30 min away from my home location. The system allows it but I don’t have time to get to that appointment due to the booked shoot.
