Email Reports

I would like to automatically receive a monthly email, on the first of the month that includes an overview of the previous month’s performance. I would like to be able to add people from my team to receive the same email. The email would be customizable to include the metrics I want to discuss with my team with the default setting to include all metrics. It would also be great if the report included previous year comparison as well as YTD. (Comparing November of current year to November of previous year, and January-November of current year compared to January-November of previous year).
