Enable Credit-Based Pricing and Redemption for Real Estate Media Services

Description of the Feature: We are requesting the ability to price and sell real estate media services based on unit credits, allowing clients to purchase credits in advance and redeem them for services instead of checking out with standard currency pricing.

Rather than assigning a fixed dollar amount to each service (e.g., HDR photos, drone videos, floor plans), we would assign a credit value per service—such as 1 credit for HDR photos, 2 credits for a branded walkthrough video, 3 credits for cinematic drone footage, etc. Clients would purchase credits in bundles and apply them as payment when placing orders.

Why This Matters for Real Estate Media: Real estate agents thrive on predictability, simplicity, and scalability. A credit-based system:

Incentivizes larger upfront purchases by offering volume-based credit packages.

Streamlines the ordering process with clearly defined service values.

Reduces decision fatigue for agents by focusing on credit usage rather than fluctuating dollar costs.

Builds recurring revenue and client loyalty by tying agents into ongoing credit systems.

Currently, Spiro lets us create landing pages and sell standalone credit bundles, but there’s no way to assign or display credit values on services, nor allow credits to be used at checkout. That gap prevents automation and introduces friction for clients and our internal workflows.
