Feature Request: Enhanced CRM Tagging, Filters, and Custom Fields

Hi Spiro Team,

First off, I love the new CRM grid. It’s a great step forward and I am moving all of my leads from Monday.com into Spiro.

I’ve run into a few limitations that I wanted to submit as feature requests. These are all related to improving flexibility for sorting, filtering, and following up with agents.

1. Custom Agent Tags (Including Leads)

I’d love the ability to create and apply my own tags to agents, including agents who have not yet placed an order (leads/prospects).

Examples:

  • Lead

  • Cold Client

  • Preferred Client

Currently, tags appear to only be available once an agent has ordered, and I can’t find a way to create custom tags.

2. Editable Custom Filters in the CRM Grid

The new CRM grid filters are powerful, but once a custom filter is created, it doesn’t appear editable.

It would be very helpful to:

  • Edit an existing custom filter

  • Adjust filter conditions without deleting and recreating it

This would make iterating on workflows much smoother.

3. Custom Fields (1–3 User-Defined Fields)

Having a small number of custom fields would unlock a lot of flexibility for CRM use cases.

Examples of how I would use them:

  • Interaction Count (number)

  • Custom Flag or Status (dropdown or boolean)

  • Custom Label (text)

These fields would greatly improve sorting, filtering, and prioritization without overcomplicating the system.

Overall, these additions would make Spiro’s CRM a much more complete replacement for lightweight CRMs and task managers, especially for users managing leads and long-term agent relationships.

Thanks again for all the work on the new CRM features. Happy to provide additional context or examples if helpful.

Best,
Michael Lucero
