Feature Request – Enhanced Order Filters & Export Functionality

Hi SPIRO Team,

We greatly appreciate all the work you’ve put into making the Ordering System as powerful and user-friendly as it is. We’d like to request a few enhancements to the Orders Section that would significantly improve our workflow and data analysis:

1. Expanded Filter Options

Currently, we can only filter by Date Range and Status (Order Stage/Task Stage). Adding the following filter options would make it far easier and faster to locate specific orders and evaluate the performance of our campaigns:

• Coupons

• Order Page

• Services

• Agent Name

• Company

Having these filters would save our team substantial time when managing high order volumes and allow us to quickly measure promo/campaign effectiveness. This, in turn, leads to better insights, more efficient decision-making, and ultimately stronger results for both our business and our clients.

2. Priority Feature: Export Orders

Above all, we hope you can prioritize an “Export Orders” option. Being able to export our order data directly from SPIRO would be a game changer. It would allow us to:

• Run detailed reports outside of the platform

• Track trends over time

• Share data internally for performance reviews and forecasting

• Reduce manual data entry and potential errors
  

These Features would make SPIRO an even more indispensable tool for our operations.
