File Naming on Download

Fix the repetitive file name when downloading images selectively (or make it an option). When choosing photos to download (not downloading all) the system renames the files.

For example [using 123 Main St as the property address]. When a photo is named "Living Room-001.jpg" for a property on the download page, if you select only that image to download, the system adds the property address at the end. Once the image is downloaded it becomes "living room-001_123 main st.jpg".

I understand that this is valuable if you name your images by room, but we name all the images via property address. Therefore, the final name becomes "123 main st-001_123 main st.jpg" once downloaded.
