Hint/context descriptions plus links to wiki/knowledge base

Everything on the backend leaves me scratching my head. From titles of email templates, to basic settings functions, I’m confused by so much of the terminology on the admin. Spiro clearly have an order flow process that they assume we all intuitively understand, and we apparently all have a huge team of photographers that need managing. I would love a context icon that explains a setting or function and helps me understand the consequence of a setting toggle in plain english. It’s clear that the devs team has a vocab that makes sense to them, but if you’re just getting started and trying to learn all the different features and settings, some context and even links to the knowledge base would be a huge help.
