Inform Editors Photos are Ready when uploaded not when folder is created

Currently, when a job is marked completed in the photographer portal, a dropbox folder is created and sent to the editor. On the task manager, it then tells the editor that photos are ready to edit. Since we need to upload photos before they can edit, this can be confusing.

Could we create a button that allows the editor to know that photos are ready to be edited?
