Land Only Listings (update from customer experience)

I posted this a couple of months before I started using Spiro because I anticipated this being an issues for agents. Now that I have switched to Spiro I just had a real world experience and I though I’d post it again. Here is part of what the agent said when she tried to place an order:

Hi CL,

Unfortunately,,  I am not finding your order site to be user friendly for me because it is land with buildings on it and no address.  I just can't seem to get to where it will let me order it.  

I need 2 tracts of land together photographed that total 28.83 acres.  They are Tax Map Numbers 24-A-97 and 90D. (I have attached the GIS). The entrance is on (redacted). On your right where there is a small sign that says M & M Poultry.  It was an old  poultry farm not in operation now.  

If you can do this when you have the opportunity, it would be great.  Please call me with any questions.  I tried to order on your site but I just couldn't get to the end to order it.

I understand that having an address links to several things for each order so I’m not sure what a good solution would be. I do at least 20-30 of these a year so I’ll be anticipating having to help them get the order in. I had to place it for her and put in the closest address.

(BTW I love Spiro and everything it does!)
