Media ready for Editor Button

We would love for when the photographers upload their raw photos and video for them to have a button or something that lets the editors know everything is uploaded and ready for them to begin edits.

Perhaps on the task manager there could be an indicator button or something that says “ready for edit”.

What we struggle with is when we are out shooting twilights and the photos or video for that get uploaded late and maybe the twilight video clips do not get edited into the final video.
Or we could not get aerial video that day so we need the editors to HOLD OFF on editing the video until we can go back and get those clips.
Or the photographers internet is struggling and they are late to upload.

Having the Ready for Edit indicator lets the editing team know what they can start working on, and what they need to hold off on or come back to .
How we currently deal with this is we have a VA on late night shift who the photographers communicate with when they do not have media for a property due to not being ready, or they are late to upload etc and the VA communicates with the editors via email. However things often get missed.
It would be great to have this workflow in the system!
