Mileage Before Charging Per Mile

Currently, there is a setting for a maximum distance and a per-mile charge, but it lacks the ability to apply charges only after a certain mileage threshold is reached.

I’d like to see a feature where the first X miles (e.g., 20 miles) are free, and charges begin from mile X+1 onward (e.g., $1 per mile starting from mile 21).
