MLS upload

I have a wonder or a request... I have an option for agents to pick for me to upload to their MLS listing for them... this creates a weird or awkward situation as i have to say “hey you need to pay me before I can do that” .... its there a way we can hook the payment up to trigger and automaticlly upload to their MLS listing or is this out of the possibilities???
