More Customizations on the Shopping Cart Page - Dark Theme Mode

I would like to have a shopping cart page that is more customizable so that it can look more like they aren’t leaving my site and going to a completely different site. Currently it’s very limited. Would also be nice to be able to have a dark theme option for the shopping cart experience because that is the type of theme I would like to create for my own site.
