I think a better overview of invoices, credits on accounts, overpaid balances, etc could be better displayed for the admins & clients’ POV.
Many times when we “remove” services or add discounts after payment, we have to manually move the overpaid balance to the credit management section of Spiro or “manually” refund them. 9/10 clients say just credit them, but the process is confusing, and at times, trying to see what the client paid vs what the invoice is, you have to go through multiple clicks to see the actual invoice.
I think the option of also showing clients their credits available when making a payment and making sure they “know” the credits will be applied would save a lot of headache and texting. When they make a payment, if I am not mistaken, it does not show them available credits that will be applied, so they don’t know what is actually going to be charged on the card at the payment checkout screen.
