Onboarding: Implement import option for services

It would be extremely helpful if there was a feature to import a csv file to mass create services…even if it’s only a shell for the services where you still have to go in and connect the services for add-ons and upload photos. It would be helpful to at least have a shell of all of the services, descriptions, prices (if fixed - otherwise left blank to be filled in later), etc.
