Open marketing kit designs up to the community

I feel like the progression of marketing kit designs has been very slow.

Is there a way the design aspect could be opened up to the community so we can create designs? I’m not asking for new software to be developed, but simply access to the process that’s currently used to make them.

I’m assuming they’re created with some type of software where variables can be input to automatically pull property info.

From my experience, most agents use them mainly for open house announcements, and many I work with really like tri-folds.

I’m not trying to take away from the hard work that’s already gone into these, but I still feel the options are very limited compared to other software. I think a community-driven approach would be a great way to boost growth.
