Order details transfer over to Property Website Details

One feature that would save a lot of time is having the information realtors provide when placing an order automatically transfer over to the property details on the single property website. Currently, those details have to be entered manually, and when I asked support about it, they confirmed it isn’t a built-in feature. Automating that transfer would remove repetitive data entry and reduce mistakes, making the workflow much smoother.

Another helpful addition would be a dynamic dropdown for property type when a client places an order. For example, if they select “Land,” the form would adjust to only ask for the lot size in acres. If they select “House,” the form could prompt for key details such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage of the home, and the size of the lot. Right now, the order form doesn’t ask for those details, and adding them as custom questions doesn’t allow them to auto-populate on the single property website—this is a missed opportunity to streamline the process.
