Order Form Issues

A few things I think the order form needs:

1. The ability to rearrange the order of screens (eg. ask for address and details before presenting bundles. This way you can filter by square footage entered)

2. "Additional Services" screen shouldn't display if there is nothing to display. No reason to show a blank screen, it makes a user wonder if it's not loading properly

3. On desktop at least, if the window is too tall for a given with, it asks you to make the window full-screen. I don't see a functional need for this, rather it should just display a taller view of the screen.
